Perform a fresh installation of TapeACall by following these steps:
- Delete the app
- Reboot your device and make sure your phone is updated to the latest version of the software
- Reinstall TrapCall by downloading it directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- You'll either be prompted to click the Restore Purchase button or enter your phone number to proceed with the on-screen setup instructions.
Kindly be aware that if you reinstall the app on your device you may lose access to your voice recordings. Therefore, we recommend downloading them before uninstalling the app, to avoid losing access to important data.
