How can I get a refund?

If you’re dissatisfied with our product, let us first apologize for not meeting your expectations. To request a refund, please follow the instructions below, depending on the platform you used to subscribe.

If you purchased a TapeACall subscription on the App Store:

  1. Access this webpage
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
  3. Tap I’d like to > Choose Request a refund
  4. Choose the reason why you want a refund > Next
  5. Choose the purchased item > Submit

If you purchased a TapeACall subscription on the Google Play Store, you can request a refund by following the instructions found in this article.

If you subscribed to the app through our Website, kindly let us know at by providing the receipt that notified you of the charge. 

If you're experiencing issues requesting a refund through the App Store or Google Play Store, don't hesitate to contact Apple Support and Google Play Support directly. Unfortunately, as we don’t manage your Apple/Google subscriptions and payments, we cannot issue refunds in these cases.
