How do I cancel my TapeACall subscription in the App Store?

To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps on your iPhone:

  1. On your iPhone, tap the link to go to Apple's subscription management system: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
  2. If asked to open this page in the "iTunes Store" please tap Open. The screen may then take a few seconds to load.
  3. Under Active, tap TapeACall and select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the screen.

If you ever decide to re-subscribe, you can do so again through the TapeACall app.

    I just join today but cannot use.
    I try to phone the number the apps supply but no one answer. I try to unsubscribe via apps but nothing is what you said.
    On the termination clause, I can email for unsubscribe. Please unsubscribe me ASAP.

  • I purchased the app today and just realised the merge button does not work on my phone as my carrier does not support the 3 way conference. I am very disappointed and would like to cancel my membership and get a refund. what should I do?!

  • Joining in to formally request that my membership be cancelled and I be refunded please. The app is not supported in my country which may explain why the merge calls button does not function. Thank you.

  • I have tried to find a method that actually works to cancel this subscription. I have never seen a cancellation process so difficult to locate. Please accept this as notice I want my subscription cancelled effective immediately; October 1, 2019. The phone number associated with the account is 662-397-5272. Thank You.

  • Dear Kelvin, I tried the free-trial version and was NEVER able to record a call on my phone. I immediately erased the app, but now you’re charging me a full year subscription for something I didn’t use ANY ONE SINGLE TIME. I hope to get refunded, since that’s the only honest thing to do. Thank you very much
