How to Access and Transcribe a Recording

To transcribe a recording, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the recording you would like to transcribe. This recording should start playing at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Tap the folded player to open the expanded view
  3. Tap the grey "Transcribe recording" button. Please note, this process may take some time to complete depending on how long the recording is.
  4. You will receive a notification once we are done transcribing your call.

  • I just purchased the transcription option. Tried to transcribe a couple of calls, but it's been over 24 hours and the app says that the calls are still transcribing. Why is this taking so long? I needed this to save me time, but at this point, I could have transcribed them myself faster!!!!! Please help! I used the support function on the phone to ask for help, but have received no response!!!!

  • For a good week my interview recording did not transcribe. What I did is in the app, I went to my settings and added my email. Then I went back to my recordings, then it asked if I wanted to purchase the transcriptions (which I already had). So I clicked the option to restore my purchases. I hope this helps. For some reason it worked for me?
