How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your TapeACall subscription, follow the steps below:

👉 iOS

    1. Open Subscriptions on your mobile device
    2. Tap the subscription that you want to cancel
    3. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.
      If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

If you're unable to cancel following the steps provided above, you can also cancel from a different device by following the instructions found in this article.

👉 Android

  1. Open the Google Play app
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select the app
  4. Tap Cancel subscription
  5. Follow the instructions

 

👉 Website

  1. Go to the website, and make sure you're logged into your account
  2. Go to the Subscription tab
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

 

👉 Changing Your TapeACall Subscription Plan

To switch from a Weekly to a Yearly plan (or any other option), you’ll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to expire. Once the billing period ends, you can resubscribe through the TapeACall app and choose a different plan.

⚠️ You must wait until your current subscription fully ends before starting a new one. Plan options and pricing may vary, so be sure to check the app for the latest details.

 

👉 Changing Your Payment Method or Expired Credit Card on Google Play Store and the App Store


If your credit card has expired or you wish to change your payment method, you cannot update the payment method for an active subscription directly.

We recommend waiting for your current subscription to expire. Once it has expired, you can resubscribe through the in-app paywall.

This allows you to manage your subscription and payment method directly through your App Store or Google Play Store, making it easier to monitor and update your payment information.
