If your TapeACall subscription expires, your access to recordings will end. However, you can regain access at any time by resubscribing, as long as your recordings haven’t been deleted under our data retention policy.

⚠️ Important: If you delete your account, all your recordings will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
👉 Back up your recordings before canceling
As outlined in TapeACall's Terms of Service, you are responsible for backing up your recordings. We strongly recommend saving important files before canceling your subscription.
👉 How to download or share a recording
- Open the app and go to the Recordings tab
- Tap the recording you want
- Tap the share icon in the top right
- Select Share Audio File
- Choose your preferred sharing method (email, cloud storage, etc.)
Backing up ensures you keep your important recordings even if you stop using TapeACall.
